Setup

  1. Login to the ChatBeacon WebAdmin and navigate to the Integrations settings of the account.

  2. Enable the ChatBeacon API Key option for the account.

  1. Navigate to the Queue you want to use for the chat integration.

  2. Under Service Integrations, locate the Callback URL setting. The Callback URL is the address ChatBeacon will use to notify you new chat segments. It is recommended to use HTTPS, but is not required. The endpoint must be able to accept an HTTP POST request with JSON formatting.
