Sign in/Out of Queue

Operators can sign in/out of a selected queue by accessing the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Signout out of the queue means you are not available for chat in that Queue/Department.

You may still view chats, join or coach, but you will not be receiving any new chat requests.

The setting will be remembered each time you login.
