Sending a Private Message

Sometimes a manager or a supervisor may enter the chat as a Coach, and all the Coach messages will only be visible to the other Operator, and not the customer.

When you're being coached, if you need to respond to the Coach or another Operator in your chat, then make sure to click on the Eye icon in the toolbar before you send any messages.
